We send our kitchen's staff every morning to the Sihanoukville's main market, to choose the freshest ingredients for our dishes. Our trainees generally come from the coastal provinces or from rural areas around town, they have been taught since their childhood how to recognize the best quality at local marketplaces. The freshest seafood and vegetables are guaranteed.
