In our restaurant you can certainly make a rewarding gourmet experience, starting from traditional Khmer dishes to the most popular Asian dishes, from Mediterranean dishes to favorite international dishes and ending up with the famous Italian ice-cream made by Don Bosco Hotel School. Our ice-cream is made according to strict Italian standards and only local fresh fruit and natural ingredients are used.

The restaurant is not restricted to hotel guests. We welcome also visitors from outside.

The restaurant of Don Bosco Hotel School was introduced as a real-life practical situation for students of the school. Students following practical lessons work in the kitchen as well as in the restaurant itself to learn from and experience actual situations. Students learn to solve problems.
First-year students following practical lessons perform basic skills, while the students in the second years fulfill the leadership role and manage the restaurant under the supervision of a teacher of the school. Several times per year, we welcome chef cooks from Cambodia and around the world to continuously improve the offer of meals prepared and served.
We send our kitchen’s staff every morning to the Sihanoukville’s main market, to choose the freshest ingredients for our dishes. Some of our vegetables, fruits, eggs and chicken meat come from our organic farm. Our trainees generally come from the coastal provinces or from rural areas around town, they have been taught their children how to recognize the best quality at local marketplaces. The freshest seafood and vegetables are guaranteed.
